You’ve probably read or heard someone say “change is good,” and I completely agree. But I think it’s more important than good. I think its super beneficial for our mental health to switch things up in our lives. A lot of people are scared of change and want to keep everything the same. I feel like people that do this aren’t living their lives to the fullest extent. You have to change your routine or do something out of your comfort zone every once in a while. When we’re in a habit of doing things the same way every day it can make us go crazy, or at least it does for me. I hate doing the same thing every day, it makes me feel like a zombie just going through the days and wasting time. Even if its something small like trying a new food or taking a different route home from work, I think in the long run it will benefit your life greatly. I recently cut a few inches off of my hair, this obviously isn’t going to make me a whole new person but its something different. I love being able to do fun things with my look or style to have little changes in my life. It feels really refreshing and good! Doing something small like switching up your morning coffee flavor, can even help.
Pushing yourself to change things in your life can force you to push out negative things. Changing your daily habits might lead to pushing out negative things that you didn’t even know were there in the first place. This quote I found pretty much sums up what I mean by this.

I encourage you to change something in your daily routine today! I would love to know what you change in your daily routine to keep it interesting, leave me a comment!
xx,
Liv
Change is so good! Since becoming a mother I lost myself, my identity so I had to make a change to find myself again!
I’m so glad you were able to make a change for the better!
I am so on board with this. Changing things up leads to new perspectives and possibilities (even though it’s uncomfortable during). Love this message!
Change is terrifying but definitely a good thing!
Amen girl! Always such a great reminder!
Love this so much! I actually did quit my job and did a 31 day cleanse where I purged my home of literal and metaphorical junk 💛
